Credit to the deck belongs to Evan Erwin as he wrote the idea that this deck is pretty much a copy of. Posting deck here to use for future reference.

If I rebuild it I may consider dropping most of the non basic lands to cut some costs.

never really been a fan of the ebony owl decks, kind of too much risk for not so much reward, know what I mean? you get them a lot of good draws in the hopes they dont nix the owl in which case they get the cards and no down side or they get hit by the owl or they smack you harder with something they just drew. but as owl decks go, this is a pretty good one, nothing really you can do to add to it except maybe sleep to trigger the exhaustion
if I comment on a deck it would be a great help for you to return the favor

Main goal is to actually stop them early on and to screw up their mana acceleration. If you go first then turn 2 you could boomerang their first land and possibly do it another time the turn after if lucky.

Gigadrowse by turn 2-3 you should have more lands then they have permanents unless they dropped a 1 drop mana producer which is pretty much your main enemy or they are playing something similar to white weenie.

With the exception of the really fast decks the extra card draw means little to them if they cant actually play them. If their mana tier aims more for 2-3 mana they may get killed pretty often...
