Don't run the fetchlands in a mono color deck to "thin" it. It takes up to 18 turns to see card advantage from sacrificing all four of them. I even have a source to prove my point:

I'd just remember that for future decks. The fetches play an important role in this deck right now, thanks to Bloodghast and Vampire Nocturnus.
By the way, Disfigure is really bad. It doesn't nothing against Jund right now, so they end up completely dead in the matchup (unless you want to 2 for 1 yourself during blocking, which isn't good for obvious reasons). I'd actually recommend running Feast in Blood in the maindeck for that reason (as Jund is THE best deck right now. Period).
Sure, it may be hard to keep to Vampires on field sometimes, but running 2, 3 or so won't be an issue and still gives you a chance to remove their big-ass bastards. Doom Blade and Disfigure just suck against Jund (it can't kill a Leech). The Deathmarks will greatly help after sideboarding (by removing Doomblade completely so you don't have dead cards maindecked).
Other than that, I have no real suggestions. Feast in Blood is just too good of a card (4 life + kill a Putrid Leech? Nice), but your creature base is perfect, I feel.
I'm not the most intelligent person on this site, but I'll sure as hell speak as if I am.
