Okay, after having faced a wizard deck for over a year I'd drop this...
Cephalid Constable,
Equilibrium,
Temporal Adept or Tolarion Entrancer... Too much bounce in my opinion. I can see how it works in, but
Patron Wizard alone gets the job done. Between
Snakeform and
Ovinize, you've got enough creature managing for Biggies. I'd add in for sure...
Stonybrook BanneretInk DissolverVedalken AethermageTeferi (just one should do)
These guys all mold into using Supreme and Patron, over time.
Voidmage Prodigy, i saw a deck based on him lose for one simple reason, ran out of sacrifices and then got trampled over. He's very risky as an investment, and Patron does the job. Ertai, seems too expensive over all, and his ability takes a turn to use... simply put...
Patron, Ertai, or Voidmage, you only need one to make this deck work. Options are nice, but remember.
Supreme Inquisitor can only be secure with one of these guys. I only recommend
Psychic Trance against Storm decks, if you don't face any storm decks drop it for draw (I'd put in
Ponder or
Spy Network) Basically, you need more draw after you fix up your wizards. Just simple stuff is necessary, Forsee and
Mystic Speculation are good tools as
well.
I know you've got your own style, but I have vast experience with Wizards compared to others. Heed my advice to some degree. What I say has either worked as stated or failed as mentioned.
As for lands...Desert is pretty sweet, and so is
Faerie Conclave. Look into more standard wizards. these guys can be game
breaking at times. Blue has little to offer in mana sources. Just accept what is dealt i guess.
Last pieces of ideas... these are things I always wanted to try... "Azami, Lady of Scrolls",
Jace Beleren, and
Sower of Temptation.
